Last weekend we welcomed spring in this side of the world and I took my new dress to celebrate. Welcome to my first post of the season! «Spring ready: Dresslily maxi dress».

Dresslily* has some of the cutest maxi dresses out there. I’ve been waiting months to wear this gorgeous dress. The fabric is very lightweight and flowy for the Welsh weather so I had no choice but to wait until temperature goes up a little.

I call it maxi dress because that’s how it looks on me but in reality, when you see the actual design, it’s a midi. But that’s the story of my (petite) life: midis will be maxis and maxis will be like a cathedral veil dragging down the floor lol.

Anyway, the dress is still lovely and the print looks cheerful yet classy. I can’t help to feel strong 70’s vibes with this dress, and I’m here for it.

I paired it with my Topshop nude heels that I got from LoveTheSales last year. If you haven’t heard from it before, this website scans hundreds of brands to bring you the best sales and discounted items. You can just type «nude heels» for example and you’ll find dozens of results from affordable brands to designer, all of them in sale.

I hope you liked this outfit and you’re getting ready for the warmer weather!!

xoxo
