I’ll tell you the story about this outfit. I hadn’t planned it until the very last minute before we got in the car for a photoshoot day. All my new clothes are Autumn-ready, but for the last 8 days we’ve been blessed with the last summer heat wave, and I better dress properly for it.
I couldn’t be asked to wear tights, boots and leather on a sunny 24°C Sunday.
So I quickly grabbed my brand new Primark top and sunglasses I got in the summer sale, my go-to pair of shorts and a lightweight pink blazer, and kaboom! I had a new summer outfit.
I don’t know how many times will I get to wear it, as I’m aware it will get cold soon here in Wales. I’m usually a happy bunny during the transition while Autumn arrives, but this year I have mixed feelings.
The thing about Autumn that excites me the most is cozy nights indoors watching movies and lighting dreamy candles. But in a way, that’s what I feel I’ve been doing all summer, because of covid.
Man, this has been a weird summer for everyone. The craziest by far in our generation. How do you feel when you look back to summer 2020 now that is offically over? What are you looking forward in Autumn? Let me know in the comments below or in my Instagram!
xoxo
