Hey babes! We’re getting fancy today with this lovely dress kindly sent by hum hum London*. A dress full of details, ways to style it and a gorgeous, unique pale green color.

This is originally a tunic dress, but when I saw it, the first thing that came to my mind is the final 70’s/early 80’s. I remember seeing pictures of my mum around that era wearing blouses or dresses with details just like the ones in this beautiful dress.

It’s exactly that, the details, what I loved the most about this item. The beautiful bow in the neck, the ruched sleeves, the satin buttons, the silky fabric.. It all screamed late 70’s luxury to me. But that was my interpretation. Like I said above, this was designed originally as a tunic dress by the people from hum hum.

hum hum is a London brand ran by two sisters. They focus on modest fashion, but as you can tell, everyone can wear their designs, which makes it an inclusive brand owned by two girl bosses -how cool is that?

I was so happy to collab with this brand because I believe in their authenticity: their background is present in their designs, in every scarf, in every embroidery, in every print.

They managed to find the perfect balance between modest and chic yet wearable, so that you don’t have to chose only one and give up on the other two.

If you want to see more of their designs, check their Instagram (they ship worlwide!).
