So in case you haven’t checked my Insta yesterday, June 23rd, I was celebrating my birthday! 🙂 I had some lovely presents, heartwarming birthday wishes both from the UK and across the pond, and lots of yummy food!
I wore the most beautiful Goddiva dress, which even matched my «Birthday princess» hat, lol! The quality of this dress is astounding. I love the material and the perfect shade of millenial pink. It features a very flattering silhouette and the cutest tulip cut on the skirt part.
I’ll reserve that dress for an important (and/or posh) wedding because it looks expensive, classy and ultra flattering. You can either go full pink in the accessories or, my personal favorite, combine it with golden shoes, jewelry and a clutch.
I have a history of wearing cutesy pink dresses for my birthday. I did it in 2015 with a dress I designed and on my birthday post of 2019 with an occasion dress from Dresslily. I guess it has to do with the fact that it’s my favorite colour and it brings me joy wearing pink.

2020 was a repeated dress, so it doesn’t count lol. And I just realised for some reason I didn’t do a birthday post on 2018.
