Hi babes! This is my second instalment featuring all the exciting items I got from Femme Luxe! If you missed it, in the first post I wore a fun white t-shirt that read «Sweet But Psycho» (can relate) but today’s post has a completely different vibe, a sexier vibe, actually!
Any true fashionista will tell you the same, a girl can never have too many little black dresses and gosh I live by it. I think LBDs are THE dress and every girl or woman from any age should have at least one in their closets. There are endless designs and fits, materials and textures so, far from being a boring item, a LBD can be the epitome of elegance or sensuality.
If you’re at Femme Luxe you can choose from a cool, fun and sexy array of Christmas Party Dresses, gotta love the youthful aesthetic, and as you can see in this post, even their black dresses are everything but boring. True to their style, their version of a LBD is spicy yet elegant. Now this is important, as a petite girl (don’t let these pics fool you, lol) I’m so so happy that this dress has the perfect lenght. It looks like the same lenght as the one the model was wearing and if you’re under 5’4 you get the struggle and you understand this is actually quite rare.
Another score in terms of fabric, as this is stretchy but still solid and with structure. When I saw this particular dress I couldn’t help to think of classic LBDs that supermodels from the 90’s wore, so I added a think black velvet choker and strappy sandals. I was just about to do a high Ariana Grande-kind of ponytail but I ended up deciding this messy loose hair was less costumy. 🙂
