One of my favorite outfits though for the hot weather was this one. This new cami top from Dresslily* is everything it needs to be: fresh, comfortable, not sheer or see-through, not itchy, and of course, stylish. And the floral shorts are the cutest touch.

Summertime in the UK, a week of warm weather and then rain again. I’m glad we took these summery pictures when we did because as I’m writing this post, I see the never-stopping rain from my window while I hold my cup of tea.

Back to the outfit, I honestly loved this top so much, I’m considering getting it in another color (they have it in black, blue, orange, gray and my other favorite: army green). The only thing was that, as I’m petite, the top’s lenght (not size) was too long for my torso, so I’ll need to get it altered.

On the other hand, the floral shorts are also from Dresslily, but I had bought it on a previous order a few months ago and never showed it on the blog. It has a cute ruffle hem that gives the short an A silhouette and it almost looks like you’re wearing a skirt at first glance, which is cute.

The pattern is perfect for summer: daisies and polka dots. The fabric is super comfortable and they’re great for afternoons in the park like I did in these photos in Greenwich Park.

There are two other Dresslily items I want to show you guys in the upcoming posts but in the meantime enjoy a 20% OFF discount with CODE: DLBF20 🙂

Edit: I have a cute bunch of of OOTD pictures for this post but I mistakenly deleted them and only kept these three *cries*
