No, this is not an early Cruella DeVille Halloween costume, although it wouldn’t be a bad idea haha (add a pair of red gloves, a cigarette holder, a black and white wig et voilà!). Okay, this outfit turned some heads in the streets because it was probably a bit too diva-ish for a Tuesday morning but hey, a blogger’s gotta do what a blogger’s gotta do! Lol.
OUTFITS
OFF GUARD: RED MILITARY JACKET & BOOTS
Hi lovelies! You’re probably noticing something strange in these photos. Sunshine and… a turtleneck? Riding boots? Dark jeans? Well, that sunshine is quite deceiving because believe me, it was cold that morning. 😉
MOD MOOD: RETRO TURTLENECK & MINI SKIRT
Playing with some ‘60s retro vibes for today’s casual look. A look that I put together last minute actually, but it turned out quite cute and playful! 🙂
THE NEW COMFORT: BLOCK HEELS & LOOSE SWEATER
Feeling comfortable in heels used to sound almost like an oxymoron before the block heel trend stepped in (see what I did there?) the fashion scene. I can tell you guys, I’ll be forever thankful for this trend lol. Stylish? Checked. Trendy? Checked. Comfortable? Checked!
GAMISS LITTLE WHITE DRESS
Today I want to talk about my shopping experience with a site that I recently discovered. Spoiler alert: it was a pleasant surprise. The site is called Gamiss and offers a great deal of fashionable items at really good prices. I must also highlight the great custom service they provided to me. Thanks to some former silly Customs policies of my country, I had terrible issues with the first parcel but they kindly solved the situation for me. <3
BACK TO BASICS
With all this new version of Style by Deb happening I felt like going back to basics was accurate, and what better way to do so than wearing wardrobe essentials AND the classic combination of black and white? Take this outfit as my way to represent a fresh start, as a white canvas for all the future looks and styling options coming. 🙂
