Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. In fact, it’s a day that most women dream of from the time they’re children. So, it has to be perfect, beautiful, and memorable. After all, you’re beginning a new phase of your life.

As the beautiful bride, you need to look your absolute best. This means that your wedding dress must fit you. A tight and uncomfortable wedding dress is a potential nightmare waiting to happen.

Depending on how much time you have till the wedding, dieting can work for your weight loss. This method works for brides whose weddings are 60-120 days away.  And by dieting, we mean high protein, low carb diets. 

A high protein, low carb diet containing nutrient-dense superfoods can help you lose between 25 and 45 lbs within 60-120 days. Remember that weight gain or loss is often an input-output issue. If you eat less than your body needs, your body will need to tap into its fat reserves to fuel your body.

Regulate Your Portions

Instead of eating 3 full meals, divide your meals into three portions each and spread them throughout the day. This way, you’ll eat in small portions, and your body will have enough time to break down the food and use it up before your next meal. 

This way, your body won’t need to store up any fat because there’s none available. And remember to completely cut out all junk foods including sugary drinks and fast food during this period.
