August is now gone and the beginning of Autumn is waiting for us in September, which brings mixed feeling. On one hand, I’m ready to embrace layers and, rich fabrics and cozy cardigans along with warm soups and indoor dates. But on the other hand I admit I’ll miss long summer nights, getting up from bed without feeling cold and Costa’s iced fruit coolers. But oh well, the good thing about seasons is that they always come back!
Over the years, scrubs have become an irreplaceable part of my skincare routine, both in my face and my body. I remember the very first one I got was a minty one from Avon (which now that I think of, it did a pretty good job!). Then I started trying different brands finding some were better than others and currently I found myself with half a dozen scrubs ready to be compared. 😉
Imagine reading this post from your favourite beach or mountain, or in the comfort of your cozy bed, appreciating the silence or with a chill playlist in the background. That peaceful state of mind is what I want to share with you in this post where I’ll review the Calcot Manor Spa Pamper Collection.
Hi babes! Today’s post is about last weekend’s lovely Sunday fun day 😉 Bf and I headed to Standen House & Garden in West Sussex, which is also part of the National Trust. It has so hot outside I couldn’t think of something else but a nice fresh summery dress, so that’s what I wore, a bright red floral dress!
Yesterday I was scrolling through my Twitter feed and spotted a Marie Claire article suggesting thrillers to watch «this Halloween season» and I was like ??? July just happened 30 hours ago, how come we’re already talking about Halloween? Lol. Anyway, truth is, we’re in August, summer sales are in their peak, and although it’s still super warm here, you can’t help to see where we’re heading next.
