Hey babes! With this post I’m officially starting a mini OOTD series featuring Femme Luxe Finery*, I’d say the coolest store for all sexy Instagram baddies out there. With two main sites, one from the UK and the other one from the US, this store still ships worldwide no matter where their Luxebabes are located.
When I first took a look to the site I found many sexy pieces, edgy and Instagram-ready. Lots of neons, bright colors, sexy neutrals and form-fitting items. For anyone who likes playing with fashion like me, that was heaven. And guess what, I was in the mood to have fun, so I went to pick a few items that were a tiny bit out of my comfort zone (except for this t-shirt) and see what happened. I reeeeally can’t wait to show you which one of these glitter dresses I picked and it’s going straight for my NYE look. So yes, the risk paid off. During this 5 part series I’m going to show you guys the items I chose and why I was surprisingly happy with them.
In this first instalment you’ll see me wearing the one item that is fully under my comfort zone: a white t-shirt. I wear tees a lot on my day to day, they’re like my white canvas, but this one particularly had one little fun and humorous twist. The words read “Sweet but Psycho”, I mean, can relate. Hahaha I’m not going to lie guys, I’ felt a bit identified lol. Some people in Instagram also reminded me there’s a pop song called exactly that, so I guess there’s a bunch of us who can relate to that statement.
Also, this is proof that you can still find some classic pieces at Femme Luxe. There were other fun graphic tees and cute tops and even jeans, all of them totally wearable if you’re not much into sexy and edgy pieces (which is totally cool, we all have different styles).
Loved the fabric of this t-shirt, it feels fresh and it’s not see-through. It runs true to size and it’s comfortable. I simply pair it with checked black and white culottes and my beloved mesh sneakers for a cute and casual outfit. I wanted to start easy and let you guys discover the brand with me. So stay tuned for the upcoming Femme Luxe reviews, including my Christmas and NYE picked items!!
Xoxo
